Local drafts and information
- Draft tools
- Form entries are used in your browser to generate a downloadable text file.
- Transmission
- The website does not submit draft entries to a server. Selecting Open email passes a prepared message to your configured email app; information is shared with Tony at tony.buy@gmail.com only when you choose to send it through your email service.
- Storage
- Draft tools do not persist your entries. Choosing Continue to procurement center temporarily stores the application checklist in session storage for this browser tab. A transfer is accepted only within 15 minutes. The receiving page removes the temporary record immediately, even if expired; if you close the tab before continuing, browser session-storage rules apply. No draft is placed in a URL or sent to the website.
- Tracking
- The procurement center offers optional first-party action counts, off by default. When enabled for the current visit, a fixed application label and action (page opening, brief download, copying or opening email) are sent to AlumHome. The counter stores action records by day without inquiry text, attachments, names, email addresses, cookies or visitor identifiers. Counts are not unique visitors, verified sending or receipt. Declining counts does not affect the tools. The hosting provider may maintain its own access logs under its hosting policies; the counter does not copy those logs.
Sending an enquiry by email
The enquiry recipient is Tony at tony.buy@gmail.com, as designated for this website. Send only information needed to describe your request. The email content and attachments are handled by your chosen mail service and the recipient's mail service. The website does not verify delivery, control mailbox retention, or automatically distribute requests to listed suppliers. Contact the recipient about correction or deletion of information you have emailed. The platform's legal operating entity and a reviewed policy for future server-side collection remain to be confirmed; no live website submission service is enabled here.
