Frequently Asked Questions

The questions importers ask before sending an RFQ — answered directly.

What is your MOQ for custom aluminum profiles?
Standard MOQ is 500 kg per custom profile — low enough for trial orders and SME importers, while keeping extrusion economics sensible.
How much does an extrusion die cost and how long does tooling take?
Die cost depends on section complexity and size; we quote it transparently with your profile quotation. In-house tooling takes 10–15 days, and die revision after the trial sample is free.
Which aluminum alloys do you offer?
6063, 6061, 6082 and other 6000-series alloys in T5/T6 tempers. Our engineers confirm the best alloy for your load case in the quotation — see the alloy guide.
What dimensional tolerances do you hold?
Profiles follow DIN EN 755 tolerance classes; isothermal extrusion holds wall thickness within ±0.1 mm. Tighter tolerances are confirmed per drawing.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes — a free trial sample before bulk production, and free die modification at the sample stage.
What surface finishes are available?
Anodizing, powder coating (RAL colors), electrophoresis, wood grain, brushing, polishing and mill finish — all processed in-house.
What files can I send for a quote?
PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or even a hand sketch with dimensions. Engineering review and drawing finalization are free. Quotes are returned within 24 hours.
What are production lead times?
Tooling 10–15 days; bulk production 20–25 days after sample approval and deposit, with weekly progress updates.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit typical) and L/C are both accepted; terms can be discussed per order value.
Can you handle export shipping and documents?
Yes — export packing, sea freight coordination, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are all standard.
