Source Custom Aluminum Profiles
Connect the drawing, extrusion route, finishing scope and supplier evidence before requesting a quote.
Define the delivered item

Use this route when you need a controlled cross-section, a new extrusion die or a profile converted into a finished part. Start with the deliverable: a bare extrusion, a finished cut length or a machined and coated component. An existing section and a custom die can cover different work, so define the boundary before shortlisting a company.
Prepare the requirement
- Drawing and revision
- Record the section drawing, finished-part drawing, units and current revision. Identify the controlled document owner and the interfaces the part must fit. Ask the supplier to flag design changes explicitly before tooling authorization.
- Material condition
- State the alloy, temper and applicable product specification required by your project. If the condition is undecided, identify the responsible technical reviewer and ask for a documented proposal rather than accepting an inferred substitute.
- Geometry and finish
- Separate cross-section features, cut lengths, machining dimensions and surface requirements. Identify visible faces, masking and appearance references where needed. Agree what will be measured before and after finishing.
- Tooling and samples
- Request separate tooling and trial terms, ownership, permitted use, maintenance and revision charges. Define the sample identity and evidence expected before a release decision.
- Quantity and supply plan
- Give the trial, first-order and expected repeat quantities with units. Ask the quoting entity to state minimum order, actual weight basis, packing and schedule for the proposed route; no platform-wide minimum or lead time applies.
- Inspection and delivery
- Identify required reports, sample-review responsibilities, packing and delivery destination. Ask who performs each manufacturing and inspection step, including any subcontracted operations.

Research the company and evidence
Two current editorial records have company-published profile scope. Open the identity and source links before contacting the company. Inclusion does not establish that either company can make your exact section or perform every required step in-house.
Resolve a typical scope gap
A quotation includes a die and raw cut lengths, while the requirement is a machined, anodized assembly component. Record the missing machining, finish, inspection and packing work. Clarify its owner and cost before comparing unit prices or authorizing the trial.

Additional profile company research
Weiye's readable English group homepage describes architectural and industrial profiles and a Foshan contact address. This limited source does not confirm your proposed extrusion, finishing or dispatch route.
Research a profile contact in Fujian
Fenan's official product pages describe architectural and industrial profiles. Its contact page distinguishes the Fuqing profile-company entity from separately named group and Henan companies. Use the record to ask which entity, operations and plant cover the proposed section.
Extend profile research to Qingyuan and Linqu
Haomei and Huajian publish architectural and industrial profile information, alongside separate finished-product businesses. Ask for a response covering your section drawing, finish, contracting entity and actual production route.
