Aluminum Profile OEM/ODM - Procurement Reference
Define aluminum OEM/ODM scope, drawings, material, operations, inspection evidence and supplier-specific terms before comparing offers.

Research boundary: request evidence from the identified company and production site. This page is a procurement resource and does not establish an audited AlumHome factory or a supplier-wide performance promise.
Define the OEM/ODM supplied scope
Identify whether the offer covers extrusion only, cut members, machined parts or assembly. Provide the drawing/model revision, material condition, finish, trial and repeat quantities and destination. Separate design proposals from buyer-approved requirements.
Ask who performs each operation
Request the actual contracting entity, production site and any subcontracted tooling, machining, finishing or assembly work. An OEM/ODM service label does not establish factory ownership, a partnership or the capability to meet your drawing.
Agree inspection and sample evidence
Specify critical features, measurement methods and acceptance records. Require a drawing-specific supplier response rather than a general precision headline. Match samples and corrective actions to the agreed revision and release owner.
Verify certification and sustainability statements
Request certificate holder, issuer, identifier, scope, site and dates for a claimed management-system certificate. For packaging, recycled content, emissions or resource-use claims, request the product/site, period, measurement method and evidence. This page does not establish a universal tolerance, environmental benefit, certification or price guarantee.
Confirm the written commercial terms
Ask for tooling ownership and trials, minimum order and unit, sample charges, price basis, included operations, inspection, packing, lead-time triggers and repeat-order rights in the actual supplier quotation.
